Your questions about EvenKeel — getting started, Free and Pro membership, GLP-1 journey tracking, doctor visits and keeping your health data private.
Create your free accountEvenKeel is a calm health companion from MooneChild Enterprise, LLC, built for people managing Type 2 diabetes — including anyone with a kidney-health history and anyone starting, taking, or recently stopping a GLP-1 medication. You log readings, meals, doses, side effects, and how you feel, and the app turns them into gentle, readable trends you can share with your care team.
Start on Get started and choose Create your free account. Use your own email and password or continue with Google. After signing in, review the health-data permissions before logging. You do not need the owner's account, and no card is required to create your free account.
No. Free and Pro use the same account and sign-in. When you subscribe through Plans & pricing, Pro features unlock on the account you used for checkout. Keep using that account on your phone and computer. Your membership status appears on the home page and My progress.
Pro adds advanced insights, HbA1c estimate tools, a detailed Pro journal, Pro plan, a searchable health timeline, a care-team message log and visit preparation, plus AI meal analysis. These tools organize your records and support lifestyle reflection; they do not diagnose or recommend medication changes.
EvenKeel gives your GLP-1 journey a timeline. You record when you started, each dose change, and every side effect with its date and severity — mild, moderate, or severe — plus an optional note. Everything appears newest-first on My progress, so you always have a dated record to bring to your prescriber or show at your next appointment.
No — and it never will. EvenKeel does not give medication, insulin, or dose advice, and it does not diagnose anything. Those decisions belong to you and your prescriber. The app's role is to keep a clear, dated record of what you experienced so those conversations are easier.
Yes, if you opt in. When you enable AI recommendations and accept the data-sharing acknowledgement, your weekly plan can include a plain-language insight that connects your recorded dose changes and side effects with your glucose patterns — for example, how your readings looked in the days around a recorded change. It never claims a medication caused anything and never suggests dose changes. If side effects are frequent or severe, it reminds you to discuss them with your prescriber.
Yes — EvenKeel was designed with that transition in mind. You can keep logging glucose (with fasting, before-meal, and after-meal context), weight, blood pressure, meals, and how you're feeling. Trends views like Patterns noticed and the weekly rhythm grid help you and your care team see how your numbers look across the weeks after your recorded stop date, without guessing.
If you record repeated readings below 70 mg/dL or above 250 mg/dL, EvenKeel prompts you to contact your care team. It is a safety prompt, not an emergency service — if you feel unwell, follow your care team's emergency instructions.
Yes. Meal logging is kidney-aware: it highlights sodium, protein, potassium, and phosphorus, and food suggestions lean lower-sodium when you've told the app about your kidney history. You can also track blood pressure alongside glucose, which many people with CKD monitor closely.
Yes. The Doctor page holds your appointment, dated symptoms and questions. Pro members can open Visit prep from My progress to gather questions, recorded side effects and dose history for the next appointment, then copy or print the summary. You can also export your records from Settings. Recorded dates describe your entries, not a medical diagnosis or the onset of a condition.
On your device, by default. EvenKeel is local-first: your log stays on your phone or computer unless you choose to turn on syncing across your own devices. Syncing is opt-in, uses your private account, and turning it off deletes the cloud copy. We never sell your health data, and you can export or erase everything yourself from Settings — no dark patterns, no hoops.
No. EvenKeel is a self-tracking and reflection tool. It organizes what you record, shows trends, and offers lifestyle coaching — it does not diagnose, treat, or replace your care team. Always talk to your prescriber before changing any medication.
Any modern phone or computer browser at evenkeelhealthcompanion.com. You can install it to your home screen like an app, and if you turn on syncing, the same log follows you between your phone and computer.
Creating an account and using the core tracker is free. Pro is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Plans & pricing shows the current price and any offer available to your account; review the checkout total and next billing date before subscribing.
No. When available, paying annually takes $5 off the Yearly plan, and only once per customer — but having used the free first month before does not block it. Cancelling and subscribing again does not reset it. It does not apply to Monthly and cannot be combined with the 7-day free trial. Checkout shows whichever offer you are eligible for.
Open Settings, then Billing, and manage your subscription. Review the cancellation date shown there. Cancelling does not delete your account or health records; Pro-only pages lock when your Pro access ends. You can continue using the free tracker.

EvenKeel is a self-tracking tool, not medical advice. It never suggests medication or dose changes, never diagnoses, and always points you back to your own care team for treatment decisions.
