Our terms, in plain language
These are the terms MooneChild Enterprise, LLC holds itself to on every EvenKeel subscription.
Free means free
A free EvenKeel account needs no card and never expires. We never convert a free account into a paid one without you choosing a plan and completing checkout yourself.
Subscriptions renew automatically
EvenKeel Pro renews each month or year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Checkout always shows your exact price, any applied offer, and your next billing date before you pay.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account settings in a few taps. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account and all records remain yours on the free plan.
One-time $5-off yearly offer
When available, paying annually takes $5 off the Yearly plan, once per customer — even if you already used the free first month. Cancelling and resubscribing does not grant it again, and it never combines with a free trial.
Payments and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and processed securely by Stripe; MooneChild never sees or stores your card number. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we will make it right. Because a trial carries no charge, there is nothing to refund for that period.
Not a medical device
EvenKeel is a wellness companion. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend medication or dose changes, or replace your care team's guidance. Estimates such as HbA1c are not laboratory results.
